Although we said, 'we killed Terre'blanche' that's not a confession

SHOOT: Interesting. I wonder who did.

Although Mahlangu and his co-accused, a 15-year-old boy, phoned the police to say, "we killed Terre'Blanche", that did not constitute a confession because a confession in law was made up of "different elements", said Moroko.
Mahlangu, wearing a grey T-shirt and grey pants, sat wide-eyed throughout the court hearing on Wednesday morning, while family members of Terre'Blanche silently stared at him from the front row of the public gallery.
His bail application was postponed to May 10 because of confusion over where he would be able to stay if granted bail.
Moroko repeated the statement that there had been a wage dispute with Terre'Blanche and that he often instructed his wife to deduct money from his workers' salaries for buying them alcohol and cigarettes.

What baffles me is that those 2 gave themselves up after the killing - why? when they could have disappeared into the bush or the township - model murderers? If all killers did that the police wouldnt have much to do!!!!
