The WHO recently announced that cancer will take over heart disease as the number 1 killer of human beings worldwide. There are three basic methods that we give ourselves cancer:

3. What we smoke

3. Sugar, both white and brown–which is simply white sugar with molasses added. Instead, try a natural sweetener, like Stevia.
4. Increased rates of stomach cancer have been linked to heavily salted, smoked and pickled foods, so it is best to avoid them.
