He's smart, but he's not an entrepreneur in the conventional sense. You don't get the idea he has a clear idea of what he wants to do, or that he has a definite revenue system in place. Same applies to Twitter. I guess that is being decided organically right now - what will be the revenue model (if any) for blogs, citizen media etc.
