Went for my usual route this morning. Bright, and crisp, with a bit of wind ripping around. Went in yellow and felt that my legs were still a bit fatigued from Saturday. Did a few hard pushes, past 165.

Got in to work at 10am. Had lunch with Tarryn which was a nice change. What am I going to do tomorrow? Be miserable? Think I'll go and swim after work or something.
