Good news for all South Africans, is that the national telecoms market will soon no longer be a monopoly. Telkom is South Africa's KT (Korea Telecom) or BT (British Telecom). It's our only provider and ove rthe years we've seen shocking service and excessive tariffs. Glad that's over. Virgin Mobile is also inking a deal with Cell C at the moment.
