This has been dinner for two nights in a row. Chicken, mushrooms, garlic, cabbage, tomato, green peppers and...I think it's eggplant...kind've a green cucumber thing...lightly fried and steamed in extra virgin olive oil. Last night I used some Steer spices, salt and honey, and the sauce was so delicious I had to soak it into some bread and get every last drop.
