SHOOT: Our favorite accomodation after a week on the road was undoubtedly Fynbosridge, a green gem set in the heart of the Garden Route. In every department, Fynbosridge scores top marks. The views are superb, the food is scrumptious, and the cottages are perfectly tasteful. All this is wonderfully ensconced in nature, something you can immediately tell based on the stereo birdcalls.
