This NOAA satellite image taken Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 1:15 PM EDT shows shows Tropical Storm Fay over eastern Florida. To the west of this system, an area of low pressure over the Southern Plains and lower Mississippi Valley continues to bring showers and thunderstorms throughout the region.
