This morning was very cold. My HRM shows a minimum of 1, and an average of 3 degrees Celcius. It took my toes a long time to thaw after I got back. But it's been a good week. I've trained every day except Wednesday. Monday a gym cycle session, Tuesday the Sylvia's Pass route, Thursday gym + cycle, and today around Emmerentia. Question is, do i take it to the max and ride tomorrow too?
