The pigs are onto me! In the last 3 days I have been stopped twice, and I am guilty guilty GUILTY. No seatbelt, no license disk, no driver's lincense, no steering wheel (okay the last two aren't true). The seatbelt is just a bad habit - and silly - though my gf swears not wearing a seatbelt raises your prospects of life after crash (and she bears the scars of a car wreck today and held her sister as she died). So I don't know. And can you renew a license disk in Gauteng if it's a FS car? if so what is the website to do that?
Anyhoo...what made the infringement worse was that I went through a red light - not over an intersection, where a green arrow is supposed to flash. I didn't put up a convincing or consistent argument that I wasn't from Johannesburg (I drive the route each day to work) and somehow loudly and vehemently defending yourself when you're guilty isn't one of my natural talents.
Anyway I made it to gym, despite the delay, in time to hear my buddy was gonna miss the gym session entirely (and it was in some ways on his behalf that I was breaking laws left right and centre to get from A - B). Jeepers I must stop over-exaggerating.
But the gym session was good. As a once off, definitely worth R500. I'm looking forward to more sessions - freebies - during the course of this week. Ryk was saying on FB that he is training 250 minutes on Thursdays...I think if Ryk can do that, I can do a couple of pullups...and take my ball along to work.

Dont agree with gf - my boyfriend died BECAUSE he wasnt wearing a seatbelt and I have heard of many others who suffered a similar fate.
Think the stats will definately prove that a seatbelt CAN save yr life.
