The Last Supper

Today has been a HECTIC day. But a good day. I have been running around (literally), but have managed to get...let me think about it...just about everything done. I really enjoyed this dinner, not only because it was nice to be with so many of the good people I know here, but also because it was nice to just enjoy myself again.
Looking forward to doing a lot more of that in South Africa.

Allalie singing, "Oh Daddy."

Song and I go back a long, long time. I went rollerblading with her a few weeks ago. What a lovely evening that was. She's going to America soon, so an exciting new chapter is waiting for her too.

Brian and Maike, thanks very much for your support...Maike for the book and Brian for all the computer maintenance and all the help over the last few days. Brian's one of the few foreigners here with a 'real job'. He's an IT guy. As I said, without your help not sure how I would have managed.

Katherine and Corneli, who work at the same school.

Rowan, a week after his 2nd marathon in about 3 weeks, and his fiance Sybil.

Pete and Charles. I know these guys through triathlon. Often see Pete at the pool. He's recently started doing rock climbing. Pete has helped me register for a lot of triathlon races, taken me skiing, picked me up and dropped me off at home so often, and just been a very solid, reliable buddy in Korea.
Charles is going to study an MBA at Boston University in the next month or so.
Charles, are you ready?

Allalie, Song and Keon (seizing the beer jug). Keon is a guy I met at Sung Ho pool - he's a really strong swimmer, and speaks English very well.

David and Katherine. David's planning on cycling across Canada (7500km) and his enthusiasm has infected Katherine, who is about to buy her own expensive Mountain Bike. She says she went four times around Lake Park yesterday.
