I've been cooking at home lately. The problem has been extended sickness and the gloom that comes with that (for me), so I tend to eat more junk. Just need to get into a good running pattern, and cut out junk, and add more fruit. I try not to buy processed foods. I like your idea of supporting local markets. Hope you feel better soon. Drink lots of water and get enough sleep!
