Week 18 Day 1&2

I have entered the Argus, and am going on the 10th of March, and flying from there to PE on the 14th.

I have also entered SA Triathlon Champs, but I am not going to Richard's Bay. I am sitting here and it is 18:26 and my t-shirt is almost wet with sweat. It may be hot, or it may be a fever. I swallow and my throat hurts. The last training day was Thursday, 5 days away.

I need to be healthy tomorrow.
