Makes semi-finals at Billabong Pro J-Bay as a wildcard.
ASP World Junior Champion.
Puts surfing world on notice with a stunning North Shore season where he makes final of World Cup at Sunset, wins Triple Crown Rookie Of The Year and stomps a massive rodeo.

2007
Billabong, Nike and O’Neill enter sponsorship bidding war. O’Neill wins.
At Boost Mobile Pro at Trestles knocks out Joel Parkinson and Andy Irons on way to ninth place, as a wildcard.
Wins World Qualifying Series and sets single season points record.

2008
Rookie year on the World Tour, squeak in as final requalifier, in 26th.

2009
Finishes 11th on tour, stars in Modern Collective, lands that rodeo.

2010
Moves to California, comes second in season opening Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast.
