Gale force south-easterly winds (35kt or 65km/h) are expected in places between Cape Columbine and Cape Hangklip. Rough seas with wave heights reaching 5m are expected between Cape Columbine and East London.
Weather conditions which could lead to runaway fires are expected in places in the Cape Town Metropole, Boland, Swartland, West Coast District and Breede River Valley.
