Did you know that one of the indicators for living longer is getting up earlier in the morning? Shah! I read about it in the Financial Mail. Researchers based at the University of California San Siego Scghool of Medicine found that early morning light increases luteinising hormone levels by 70%. LH helps produce testosterone which helps build muscle, cut fat and raise mood.

Got up at 4:30 for another hard cycle this morning. Sky was bruised, but air was lovely and cool, and moist. Must say I always feel great after an early bird cycle, and am not less of a zombie at work as the pattern starts to be integrated into a habituated cycle, a biorhythm.
