Xu Jinglei is the world's most successful (aka popular) blogger. Not unusually one of her postings (which might be about her cats, or a moodswing) can elicit up to 1000 responses.
The 33 year-old Beijing actress writes about her struggles to learn English, but it seems that her encounters with her own cats
On July 12 her blog surpassed the 100 million mark, surpassing www.boingboing.net to become the world's number one blog. Not bad for someone who spends about 20 minutes a day blogging.
But Xu had better watch out; Han Han is an up and coming blogger who is just under the 100 million hit mark. By the time you read this though, the young Chinese author (24) - who recounts dysfunctional school life, life at home and being handsome and hip - may be the new No: 1
