Went for a walk through the park today. Did 10 pullups. That's a good sign that I am still not too fat to be able to lift my own body weight a few times.
I'm feeling healthy, so will try to get into a training pattern as from tomorrow. Also want to discipline my diet.
Had a nice chat to Ane on Yahoo messenger. Amazing that she is married now and living in Bahrain. Just a few months ago we were swimming in a dam next to the N1 on the way to Cape Town.
Today was quite chilly, but the air was clear.
I've started reading a Michael Cunningham book called A Home At The End Of The World. He's the same guy who wrote The Hours.
I've been writing something, until Corneli read some of it and said it was too complicated. Now I don't feel like writing another word. A good writer is able to communicate clearly and simply. Can I?
I also bought some clothes. A Superman shirt, for those days when I feel exuberant and energetic, and below-the-knee khakis.
One more day before 52 weeks of work.
