Inspiration Leads To Good Training Day

Those Lance Armstrong Nike videos were a real inspiration for today's training. After a short lie down, I hit the gym at 19:45.

2 x 20 minutes runs.

1st session: 252 Kcal
2nd session: 224 Kcal.
Total: 40 minutes
Kcal: 476

Pullups: 10
3 sets situps x 12

Weight: 85.8kg

Awesome to run while watching the BUPA Great Yorkshire Run (10km). Men's best time: 29.55. That's running at over 20km/h. Very inspiring to run whilst watching world class athletes.

The big question now is: will I get up at 04:45 tomorrow morning and keep up the pressure to transform into Mr. Buff?
