4 big boxes arrived from South Korea, containing the detritus of my life over there. Some useful stuff though, like a tubbie (for my Zipp wheel, which I need almost immediately)an Epson printer and an indoor bike trainer (on the box was tape indicating that the South African Revenue Service and customs, had opened the box to inspect it). Then some questionable stuff like crampons and a ski mask. And then whacko stuff I sent myself like an inflatable pillow, a frisbee, and one Nike shoe. I think the other one is on its way in another box. Also got paid today, and discussed an assignment where I will be driving a Mercedes 4x4 over the Sani Pass and writing about the experience. Should be cool. My father arrived back from Botswana this morning too. Quite a full day.
