Today I taught a lesson on what toppings we like on our pizzas. Pepperoni, shrimp, pineapple, bacon - you get the idea. In Korea sidedishes complement the main meal - which in this case was meat. They are kind of like side toppings. You grab a sliver of meat, dab it in some sauce, and then crush it between cool crispy leaves. Delicious. Those grayish shapes are Quail eggs. The large spaghetti stuff is grated radish, crisp and quite sweet.
