Bee Good
Wonder if the writer of an article got the idea from my blog? Probably not - but click on the title of this post to an article on reporter. 60-70% of bees have disappeared in large parts of the USA. The concern is thatcell phone and electric signals disturb their sensory apparatus. I am a human being, and if possible, I'd like to live as far away from those irradiating cellphone masts has possible. The amount of energy a cellphone emits searching for a signal, especially when driving (and you have your phoned pressed against your head, blitzing your brain!) is unacceptably high.
Meanwhile, I got down and dirty last night. Was able to get everything done - well, the most vital stuff - by around midnight. Ended up stopping somewhere to load bricks and rocks into my boot - riding over a green island somewhere in suburbia - CRAZY!
Work has been fairly hectic. Had 3, or 4 biggish meetings. Had 2 today.
Cancelled a doctor's appointment as I feel slightly better. No backache, and ears hurt less. Am still a glue factory though.
Managed to hang 90% of pictures indoors, thanks to Dad providing a LOT of boards, and some huge ones too. Also had help from two other souls, which made it a lot less work, and quite fun.
Not sure if I have thought of everything, probably haven't, but have done well under the circumstances. Should be good. Will take pictures (of people with my pictures) and then write words about the whole picture.

Cold Cactus

How do I feel? I feel like a cold cactus. Prickly and exposed to the cold dry, desert wind. My throat feels like it's been scraped by a cactus.
I've just returned from lunch at my dad. Ludick builder's has apparently gone bankrupt. They erected the very first townhouse complex in Bloemfontein, my dad produced the second.
My father says that Einstein predicted that if all bees in the world died, the End of the World would occur 4 years later - due to starvation (plants not being able to reproduce). See:
Now huge bee populations are dying in the USA. Some theories are that it is due to cell phone signals, or pollution, or climate change.
Bought nails, paint and an easel for the exhibition. Just add R360 to the growing Expense Account. On the other hand, two people have already selected prints they intend to buy.
Now to work, and at 6pm, will begin setting the scene at the studio.
