SHOOT: Some idiot makes a U-turn on the busiest national highway, causing another vehicle to crash into it, costing a teenager her life, and causing serious injuries to four others. Of course the idiot driver making the u-turn was uninjured.
Johannesburg - A teenage girl was killed in a collision on the N1 South outside Polokwane in Limpopo on Sunday evening, Netcare 911 said.
A Jeep Cherokee was trying to make a U-turn on the freeway when an Isuzu 4x4 ploughed into its side, Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha said.
A girl in her teens died on impact, while paramedics treated four other people for serious injuries. The girl and all the injured were travelling in the Isuzu. One of the injured was a 4 year-old boy. They were taken to a private hospital in Polokwane.
The driver of the Jeep was uninjured.
