We refer to the above matter and confirm that we have subsequent to our letter to Gous Attorneys, on 29/09/2006 not received a reply to our suggestions made in an effort to effect downpayment of their debt.
Heartland's attorneys were placed on terms on this day to file their plea on or before the 13th of October 2006.
If they do, this goes to Court. If they don't, we take Judgement on the 13th or earlier date and their assets attached to be sold in execution. There is no need for us to bargain with the defendant and further negotiations will not be entered into.

I subsequently received a call from Mr Els saying Heartland had agreed (today) to pay me R1500 immediately, and then 2 more instalments of the outstanding balance (R7500 + legal costs)
