Run For Your Life

I went running this evening, at sunset. About 25 minutes around the lake, very comfortable, easy pace. I feel a lot better. I really need exercise to maintain a healthy balance and focus.

After the run I went to fetch my TREK bike frame, which no one has been able to successfully wedge out of its prison cell under a staircase in what used to be Corneli's apartment. I was the third or fourth person to try to get it out, and finally, as I tried to do something, it kind've slipped out (after about 10 minutes of banging it upwards and sideways and this way and that) it sort of came out by itself.

Going out tonight with some of the local teachers here. Should be a nice change of scenery. Will also meet Ave, who has just come back from the Himalayas. That should be interesting. I've always wanted to go to the roof of the world. I was watching something I downloaded, an Imax movie called Everest, only 2 nights ago. Would be awesome to actually go there.
