Tropical Storm Fred forms in Atlantic [GRAPHIC]

SHOOT: Fred is already packing 50mph winds, and is moving due west, at a steady 15mph. Fred has a long way to go and plenty of time to turn much bigger and uglier. Keep eyes peeled on this one.
