What is the average IQ of the David Bain jury?

SHOOT: Far Q below has summarised the prosecutions case quite well. There's been a lack of critical thinking. Instead it's been very one dimensional. It also makes one wonder what sort of people David's defense counsel are. Bloodhounds for money...because surely they were smart enough to see that on a balance of evidence, it was highly unlikely that David didn't do it.
Killed everyone Except david.yet left a note which was not handwritten casting doubt over who wrote it, and effectively framing David?
Managed to avoid getting any blood on himself (apart from his own )
Had no injuries despite an obvious struggle with Stephen
Walked around in bloody socks, then he mopped up the footprints and then put on fresh socks before committing "suicide" (this is the defence's story)
Did all this on a full bladder
Somehow knew David would deliver his papers unusually early and wouldn't be a problem
He then killed himself, just by chance in the place where here used to pray EVERY morning at the same time. It was a big house.why not finish himself right there after the last family member was dead ?
Shot himself with a rifle with a silencer attached, which is easily removed for more convenient suicides.(it does looks pretty awkward doesn't it.?)

These are exactly the sort of assumptions the police used as evidence which are all inconclusive. Now get your facts right over the dna results the defence obtained which disprove much of the evidence against him.For every point you make there is a logical explaination to prove David's innocence. To quote a supporter at the retrial,it was "a monumental stuff up" by the police. They built a case to fit the prosecution of David Bain who at the time was a vulnerable 18 year old with no money who trusted in the police to uphold justice, and never once did he fail to co-operate.He must get realistic compensation.$25m if he has to repay legal aid costs.

  3. Anonymous is a fool. Bain was 22 when he murdered his family not 18. The DNA you quote refers contaminated samples that returned inconclusive results. Also Robin was the initial suspect, not David. And far from "co-operating" David has feigned amnesia to obstruct the police inquire, common behaviour in violent offenders (look up "malingering amnesia" in forensic psychiatry. Nick is not making the assumptions buddy, you are.

Nick, I invite you here where you will find you are not alone... http://davidbain.freeforums.org
