SHOOT: Jeepers, I didn't even know Lance wasn't single. Although the message he left on Twitter when he left Italy on May 31 was kinda cryptic -
Already at the airport in Rome. Headed home!! Baby # 4 any minute now. CaNOT wait!
Okay then again maybe it was kinda obvious. Baby Max looks like he's going to be a DEMON on the bike.

Armstrong is the second celebrity to announce his child's birth via Twitter this week. Last weekend fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons shared with fans the birth of her first child with actor Djimon Hounsou, via the the popular site.
