I get the feeling everyone keeps expecting this to get better, rather than responding to what is already a dire situation. I notice one Soccer Stadium is already out of pocket by R251 million because the money 'suddenly ran dry'. That is going to happen a lot from now on - with businesses and ordinary folks everywhere. Not nice.
