It's on those days that I ride at 5am that I also go to work earlier than usual. Today I saw some fine fluff* on display. There also seems to be this mutual respect in suburbia, as the first risers begin to move out. We are the dynamos, we are the first to seize the day, and in a sense, the world.
As a left the house I saw Ms Investec heading towards her car. Dressed in black and looking very sleek, blonde wispy hair catching the early morning sun. She waved and smiled, I waved and smiled. And at work I followed some heels into the building. A great way to start the day, and I'm beginning to realise it's a real incentive - added incentive - for going to gym.
