The oil price is currently $63 and gold is knocking against $540 again. Worldwide we're seeing some pretty strange weather - extreme cold in India, floods in Vienna, abnormally mild weather in the US. Most worrying of course is that the cold weather in Turkey will cause the population to be vulnerable to this latest outbreak of H5N1. The danger remains that a person somewhere will pick up H5N1 while they already have a cold, and this virus will recombine. Each time a person gets infected, that chance goes up by 1. Seems like more than 1 crisis is converging on mankind.
