Into The Indoor Pool

Spent Saturday night at a place Fransa was looking after. Nice house, indoor pool. The house smelled a bit of wet doggie. There are three poodles in the house...makes me realise what wonderful dogs ours are. Some dogs just bark and bark and bark and appear to be psycho. Their owner is a pschiatrist, so it is possibly just as well.

She isq uite a good artist - saw some of her pictures and they are quite imaginative. She seems to be very interested in mountains, like the Matterhorn and the Himalayas. Interestingly, I found piles of videos, including Into Thin Air, which I watched. Made Krakauer out to be a hero, was also very inaccurate, and made Boukreev out to be an idiot and a villain. Was interesting to see though, because the film was mentioned in The Climb and Boukreev apparently was not offended by how he was depicted, but amused - and he also said he found it interesting, maybe in a kind've cathartic way.

The pool at Rene's house is indoors. After Korea I am pretty tired of indoor pools, but at night it's quite nice. We threw around a big blue exercise ball, the four us. Ordered Scooters pizza. Quite a jol. Posted by Picasa
