Ekhardt - this guy was miles ahead of everyone else. Francois came 2nd. Elkhardt is sponsored by PureLife, and Kate by VirginActive and Red Bull. Kate was second out the water, way ahead of the rest. Since the swim was long I felt a bit disappointed that I didn't do today's race. Probably a good thing I didn't as I have felt a bit shivery today - lack of sleep and yesterday was very hard. Watching the race has really motivated me to get into shape though!
