Fransa said that she thought our waiter was a 'top' student, and when I asked him, he admitted that he was 'almost' an A student. We spotted the local 'Elvis', and the local 'Betty', a pretty young blonde girl. I asked her to buy two Sunday Times for me (the hotel called me on my cell and asked me to pick 2 up) and Elvis escorted her to the shop. She came back empty handed. Something quite charming about small town people. They're slower and simpler, and more polite, but it's a friendly kind of politeness. And the towns still have plenty of old buildings, like this one. Posted by Picasa
