8/15 7 Brides for 7 Runners

Today is sunny, windy, bright and cool. It is just warm enough to run in shorts at noon. I dressed in navy blue just for a little extra heat absorption. I ran by a few photographers who had their telephotos trained on billowing brides. Felt a surge of happiness as I waited for my heart rate to ease. I was sitting on a big tyre set in the ground, with the warm sun full on my face, and throwing effervecence into the lake below me. When I closed my eyes I lsitened to Beggar On A Beach Of Gold coming from my iPod.

Oh Lord I'm a poor man
with all the riches I can hold
