Feel quite stiff and tired today. Have already trained almost 14 hours for the week.

Weight: 78.9kg. This was a shocker, especially after the energy sap in the cycle race, but I guess I should not be suprised after the pigging out at the braai on Saturday night. In any event, it provides incentive to go on a fruit and vegetable diet as from this week.
Hay fever is still pretty bad. Just feel snotty but energy levels are fine. I wonder if it is from swimming so much?
This was a brilliant swim, very good times, all decending, every single time faster than the previous.
Total Training this week: 15 hours exactly (3 hours more than previous high this year).
Need to build on this towards 20 hours this week.
Will go for a vitamin B shot on Monday, and hope my body can hold together after what is comingn its way over the next few days.
