Look at this guy. He's diving under a glacier in Peru. He's not taking oxygen, and part of his face is exposed to ice cold water. Is that gonna be a comfortable experience? Is that going to be an easy thing?
I believe it's time I start to exercise discipline, and get hardcore. Maybe I'm not that enthusiastic to do this, or some setup isn't perfect for me. That shouldn't be a reason not to do it.
Stop.
Focus.
Get out of the comfort zone, get hot, get cold, get sweating, but get in there.
