Week 2 Day 5

Ran Hills X 3

Distance: 6km

Run Time: 35 minutes

Heart Rate Average 148 (165max)
Was very brisk but dressed perfectly for it. Felt very heavy but my right foot felt almost as good as new running in my old shoes. I think the shoes are what's causing the discomfort. Ran a fairly unorthodox route: 3 X up, then to school and up the stairs, then punched in and ran home. Got my heart rate up pretty high today. Need to swim tomorrow or the next day.
